Return Policy

You may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Defective Product: If you receive a defective product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

    • You will be required to provide a clear video of the unboxing process showcasing the defect.
    • Once the defect is verified, we will arrange for a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item due to size issues, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.

  • Contact our customer support amberbysamiksha@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify the condition, we will ship the desired size.

General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be:

  • In the original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 6 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
